Pastures & Colours Tasting

Begin with a scene setting welcome at the picturesque pond at the base of our vineyard looking up to our Angel Flower block. Tour our winery and learn about our winemaking philosophy, founded by organic and biodynamic principles then taste wines from our North Canterbury Pastures and Colours Collections.

Botanicals Collection Tasting

Beginning at the original cellar door, hear the founding story of Pyramid Valley from inception to where we are today, and what makes the soils of our Waikari farm so special. Take a guided tour of our vineyard, exploring the individual blocks that are the source for our Botanicals Collection wines.* Tour our winery for an insider’s look at how these wines are crafted before enjoying a guided tasting of all five Botanicals Collection wines from our Waikari and Pyramid Valley Mānatu farms, a journey through our finest expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Botanicals Private Experience

Beginning at the original cellar door, hear the founding story of Pyramid Valley from inception to where we are today, and what makes the soils of our Waikari farm so special. Explore our vineyard on a guided walk* with Estate Manager and Winemaker Huw Kinch and learn more of the individual blocks behind our Botanicals Collection wines, followed by a tour of our winery.

Sit down to a family-style lunch, expertly paired with the five Botanicals Collection wines from our Waikari and Pyramid Valley Mānatu farm in Central Otago. This is a rare opportunity to experience Pyramid Valley wines with the person who crafts them, from vine, to barrel, to bottle.

Tuesday - Friday by appointment only, 11:00am - 2:00pm
$1,600 for a table of up to 8 guests ($200 per person)

Booking requests can be made by clicking below, and we will make every effort to confirm your booking request within 48 hours on weekdays. We recommend booking in advance to request your preferred date.

Please note, bookings will only be accepted for Monday to Friday dates from 13th January, 2025.

A payment link for Botanicals experiences will be sent at the time of confirmation to secure the booking.
