2013 Lion’s Tooth Chardonnay
95 Points ~ “This is at the top of its game. Faint cashew and light honey scents with florals, whiff of ferns, slosh of stone fruit. Superb texture, a real feature of this wine, offering a core of flint-flecked minerality painted with a light glossy coat. Long in flavour, bright in chardonnay flavour, gentle limey acidity that finishes the wine in a breathy tang. Pure and full of energy, but with a come hither feel.
